VMN Financial was founded by Veloshni Naidoo in 2016, which is a 100% black female owned entity. The firm was created to address the need for quality service of comprehensive accounting and taxation. The firm continues to expand its client base within the greater market area.

Veloshni has been in the accounting field since 2004. A commercially astute certified Business Accountant in Practice, with over 17 years’ experience in providing comprehensive high quality financial and accounting services to businesses across various industries, including Auditing, Agriculture, Engineering and Hospitality, to mention a few. Veloshni obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BCompt) and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences (PGDip ASC) from the University of South Africa, as well as, is registered with various SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) accredited professional bodies such as; a certified Business Accountant in Practice (BAP (SA)) with the South African Institute of Business Accountants and a certified Tax Practitioner (GTP (SA)) with the South African Institute of Tax Professionals.

VMN Financial and Consulting Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a 100% female owned Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) company, is an accounting firm founded by Veloshni Naidoo. Veloshni graduated from the University of South Africa with a vision to open a successful accounting and tax preparation service company in Gauteng, South Africa. VMN Financial is a full-service accounting firm that offers such services to small to medium enterprises, very small businesses \ sole proprietors, home-based businesses and individuals. The owner, has extensive business experience over 17 years in a variety of sectors, such as Auditing, Accounting, Engineering, Hospitality and Agriculture.  

VMN Financial was formed to market a full-service accounting and tax preparation consulting firm by combining expertise in accounting, taxation, independent reviews, payroll, management reporting, financial analysis, cash flow, budget and forecasting analysis and B-BBEE certification. The integration of these disciplines results in extensive and innovative services for our prospective clients.
